The Retail and Industrial Group employs a long-only investment approach covering all retail and industrial REITs listed on US exchanges.

The Office and Specialty Group invests in large office REITs around the country. Specialty consists of a variety of niche REITs. This group balances classic REIT knowledge and research with opportunities for investing in more unique spaces as well.

The Debt Group teaches about the financing of real estate through a combination of debt and equity and the mortgage securitization process. We invest in the common stock and preferred stock of REITs and financial institutions.
