GUPREF’s research team, known as the Macro Group, aims to evaluate the current macroeconomic environment and present its findings to the fund. Based on the research found, the Macro Group advises the rest of the sectors on an investment strategy.

The Macro Group publishes semesterly reports on real estate developments pertinent to the fund's investment strategy and makes them available to members. Our Macro Group also tracks and evaluates the performance of the Fund’s individual holdings, providing greater insight into our broader investment strategies.
